Principal & Founder:

Sanjay Garg is the Principal and Founder of Garg Properties and Management.

He has vast experience in investment, repositioning and asset management of commercial and residential real estate. He seeks to capitalize on event driven, undervalued real estate investment opportunities for his company and investors.

His current acquisition projects include transit-oriented, multi-family and mixed-use developments in the New Jersey’s Gold Coast, the stretch of waterfront running along the Hudson River opposite Manhattan. His management company currently manages assets worth over $75M across several high-quality assets in the North East.
