Overview 

SKG Management is a real estate management firm that manages Class-B and Class-A multifamily assets in the major markets of North East focusing on transit centric living and New Jersey's Gold Coast, the stretch of waterfront running along the Hudson River opposite Manhattan.

We pursue a comprehensive asset management to maximize property value and investment returns. This means reducing expenditures when possible, finding the most consistent and highest sources of revenue, and mitigating liability and risk, among other things. When this platform is combined with our quality driven customer service, it enables us to deliver consistently high tenant satisfaction and lease renewal rates.   

Mission 
SKG Management was formed in 2011 with the goal of managing luxury commercial real-estate properties through in-depth analysis and research, sound acquisition strategy, innovative asset management, market repositioning and hands-on property management.
